Expertise
This information is intended for adults. Please do not submit a question if you are under age 18. I can answer a variety of questions about masturbation for both males and females: When an individual is beginning to masturbate(especially females), there can be so many questions and some just need a few tips to get started. I also address special interest topics such as 'how can I make it feel better when I masturbate?', body movement and sounds that happen during masturbation, prolonged masturbation, extending the plateau phase, multiple orgasm, and improving intensity of orgasm. Dont be apprehensive about asking what you need to know. Recent statistics show that 75% of women and almost 100% of men masturbate by their 18th birthday. Masturbating is a normal part of growing and the experiences can be stimulating , refreshing, and satisfying for both males and females.

Experience

Past/Present Clients
I have been privileged to help both women and men via email and instant messaging
Masturbating is beneficial for both sexes. Females have more to gain from it than males. During masturbation females learn what it takes to satisfy their urges and cravings and find the sexual release their body needs. I have helped many young ladies achieve their first orgasm. One middle-age woman who was not sure she had ever experienced an orgasm, began to masturbate to orgasm 2 to 4 times a week after we worked together for about 2 months. Another woman experienced her first episode of multiple orgasm as she experimented with the exercises and assignments given her. Some have been helped to build up to more intensely satisfying orgasms, or simply to make it feel better, to learn to get extreme sexual pleasure during their time of relaxing and personal enjoyment, even if there is no orgasm; its OK. Maybe I can help you make it feel good. Let me try.

Question
Ok so I was feeling kinda of horny so I looked around the house for something to masturbate with and I found a tennis raquet with a wooden handle. I sanitized it and used it. After I finished I noticed I was bleeding!  It's been 7 days now and I am still bleeding! Not a lot like a full blown period but everytime I wipe there is blood not much BUT I am still concerned! PLEASE HELP!!!! I'm thinking it's just a tear but I want to make sure. Thank you SOOOO much!! Also have have a little pressure sensation in my pelvic area. Im thinking I hit my cervix but is it possible (since I was lying down) that I hit my bladder or something??

Answer
Sweetheart I don't know how far in you went with the racquet handle.  Were you legs bent(pulled up) the whole time you had it in your vagina or did you straighten your legs during orgasm or at any time with more than a couple of inches in your vagina?  Since I can't examine you I don't know of course exactly where the blood is coming from.  My guess is that it is just a tear because wood tends to be somewhat rough for your delicate area inside and at the opening to your vagina.  I'm sure you wont use that again.  I hope you can get a proper dildo since your need gets pretty strong at times apparently.  That is not bad, its just fine, but I want you to take care of yourself and your needs appropriately.  I usually advise young ladies to use a condom on whatever they decide to use for insertion during masturbation.  And it should not have any sharp corners or rough spots on it.   What is your age?  When do you expect your next period to start?  Do you use tampons or pads?

I have to recommend that you see a doctor.  If that is not possible then is there someone you could trust to look at the opening to your vagina just to see if it they can notice where the bleeding is?  That is not the best solution.  I'm just saying you might try that if you cannot see a doctor.  Have you tried using a mirror?  I'm guessing you tried that already.  If you haven't, then you can probably get some view of it by laying on your back with your knees bent and drawn up to your breasts.  Since it has been 7 days, the best thing to do is see a doctor.

Is the little pressure sensation inside your vagina or exactly where is it?  Does it feel like an urge to have sex or a full bladder or how would you describe it?
After you take care of this matter, we probably need to talk about some things you can use to satisfy your urges and desires.  They are not likely to stop.
