Question
i m a mother of a 2 year old.my prob is that after my childs birth i had my sex derive reduced to almost zero.i was also breastfeeding my child at that time n thought maybe its because of that but now i m not breastfeeding but still problem remains the same. what should i do?is the supplements l-arginine safe to use?can i get it without prescription

Answer
It's normal for the sex drive to drop after the birth of a baby especially when breastfeeding.  For women especially it's the body's lack of producing enough "lubrication" that's often the issue.  Also getting "in the mood" is 90% mental thing at first.  If you can set your mind to it - then have some good lubrication on hand, you may actually get into it.
