Question
Fuel pump will not work. Fuel pump relay has been replaced. The only way the fuel pump will work is by running a jumper wire from terminal gnd to fp in the diagnostic box.

Answer
If the pump relay is known good, the pump works during bypass and power is reaching both components.

Confirm continuity at the pump for one.  Then from the relay to the pump.
Lines open, does fuel flow when the engine is cranked?, when the bypass is installed?
Check that the Crank Angle sensor is sending A "G" signal (#1) and an "NE" signal (#3&4) (ie: check for spark on all four cylinders)
