QUESTION: I am doing a design project, where i have to design an Intake Manifold for an engine. It is a simple Log Manifold and i have designed it using Solid Works. Since i have no knowledge of CFD analysis, is there anyother way to analyze my design?

ANSWER: dear Ashwin,

you can not analyze your design if you dont use Cfd or softwares that can analyze based on CFD such as flent or ansys.

QUESTION: If i am using ANSYS what are the boundary conditions that are to be considered for analyzing the manifold?

Answer
Dear Ashwin,

you question is very general
It depends on your subject of analyze.
If you want to analyze velocity in the manifold you should take it zero in the boundaries.
it is an example and you must ask your question by detail.
