Expert: Jack Schroder - 6/13/2009

Question
i had a knee replacment 6 years ago every day i have pain cannot walk very far very severe pain at night when muscles in thighs go into cramp it is so bad i have pass out i do take quinine 300mg is there anything i can do or take as i dread going to bed i have seen the docter no help

Answer
Your chances at filing a medical malpractice case may have been lost because of the passage of time. You should probably see a malpractice lawyer just in case one can figure out how to get you some help.

Your only chance for some kind of improvement is to see a good doctor. You do not give much information in your query, but I suspect you have returned to the offending doctor. Go to a nearby Medical School Hospital and see their Orthopedic Department. They may be able to help you.
