Medical Malpractice - Dental malpractice

Expert: Glenn A. Dorfman - 6/14/2006

Question
Dear Dr. Dorfman  Dental research took me to this spot and noticed my query front and center.  Just for the record, and dispite your comment, I pursued my claim, and found a very credible expert (evaluator for state of california) who opined that defendant doctor WAS very negligent in his care and treatment.  This case will be mediated next week, and trial is scheduled for Fall of 2006.  If individuals don't take a stand against inappropriate treatment by professionals, nothing will ever change.

Answer
I agree with your statement. I don't recall the details of your original question or my reply but I am sure I was looking at the economic viability of the case.  If you are willing to act as your own lawyer and willing to spend the time and money, more power to you. Good luck.
