Medical Malpractice/Premerin and Prempro medication

Question
Recently, my mother-in-law came very close to dying due to blood clots and a stroke. She was informed, by her physician, that the manufacturer of the medication, Premerin and Prempro (a hormone replacement therapy), that was prescribed to her was currently under a Class Action Lawsuit. We need your assistance in determining if this is indeed correct and what actions we can take. Thank you very much for your time. God Bless.

Answer
I don't know, but of course that doesn't mean anything. To find out, you could go to Medline (AOL keyword) or to www.nih.nlm.gov and search for premarin there. Also you could telephone malpractice lawyers in your area ask one of them. I'm sure they'll answer you. Or they could tell you whom to call.
Spell that medicine PREMARIN. Good luck
That should steer you in the right direction. Go get them.
