Question
I was hoping to get two examples of medical terms that are one letter different from each other (maybe one letter different in the root) and have no similiar medical association.  It is not necessary for my assignment - I just wanted to add it as proof of the importance of knowing the spelling and pronuncation of medical terms.

Answer
If you have a list of term that you can download, you might insert them into a column in MSexcel, then sort alphabetically. The software can handle a pretty large list and once its sorted alphabetically, the similar ones should stand out... hope that helps!
