At age 53,what expectations and preparations do I need to make for a physical exam?
Hi Mike and thanks for writing,
Do you mean a regular physical exam with your family doctor? All you need to do for that is write down any questions or health concerns before so you don't forget to ask something once you're there. Otherwise, just have a shower and go with a full bladder so you can provide a urine sample.
