Question
http://www.awanshine.com/, in this website there is a cream called "Awanshine Fade cream". Ingredients in the cream: Water, Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene, Polyoxythylene Sorbitan Monostearate, Propylene glycol, Glycerin, Cetyl alcohol, plant extracts from bearrbery & Uva Ursi (Arbutin) 4%, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP) 4%, Glyceryl Stearate, Ultra micro titanium dioxide, Licorice extract 1.5%, Isopropyl Palmitate, Butylene Glycol, Squalene, Isopropyl Myristate, Dimeticone, Xantham gum, Glyceryl Tricaprylate-caprate, Disodium EDTA, Butylated Hydroxyl Anisole (BHT), Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Diazolidinyl Urea, fragrance.
Though the person selling the product claims that all ingredients are FDA approved..i wanted to be 100% sure before i use it.

Is it safe to use this cream when pregnant?
Are all the ingredients in it safe for longterm use?
Will it cause any side effects if i use it continuously? Will any of these ingredients lead to any kind of cancer later? Please let me know...email:reenajoseph2000@rediffmail.com

Answer
Although this question is well outside of my experitse, I do know that the statement that all of the ingredients are FDA approved can be misused and be misleading.  I doubt that the product itself has been reviewed or approved by the FDA.

Unless specifically provided, I also doubt that the manufactgurer has information proving the short or long term safety of the product or safety in pregnancy.

Before using any product I recommend consulting a physian.

Sorry I could not be of more help.

Lee
