Question
I live near LAX and want to start a medical supply business with a store front location.
How can I find the best area to choose where these products are in most demand and potential profit margin?

Is there a way to build an inventory without outright purchasing every item for the store?

Also there are allready many medical supply stores in LA. How can i create a market niche for myself in this field?

I am sorry, but I am not from the LA Area.  Also, these are more general business questions about location, competition and inventory than specific to Medical Devices.  I suggest you contact your local small businens or CORE group to help you.
