A Wife that has BCBS COBRA through her employer who is covered under her husbands retired group policy. What is the coordination of benefits for this?

Medicare is primary. However, there are missing factors in the question. Does she have Medicare Parts B and D?
Is the COBRA creditable coverage?
Is the information at the Coordination of Benefits(COB) up to date.

She should call COB at 1-800-999-1118 and check out the information in the data base.
