Question I have a friend at church who has decided to move to Kentucky from Indiana and has asked me what steps she needs to take in order to transfer her Medicaid. Could you please assist me with this? Thank you so much.

Each State has separate funding and regulations.
so basically you can not transfer Medicaid from one State to another. So you have to stop your Medicaid coverage in the State when you leave; and then apply in the new State when you get there.
