good day
where can i learn more about money lending and banking during the medieval period.
just as how the financial history of the last 500 years can be read about in detail; where can one learn more about the financial world in the medieval period including more on banking and financiers of that period.

The Middle Ages saw the invention of double entry book keeping, modern ideas of credit and lending including mortgages, and also an early form of paper money although not yet in the modern sense of paper money.
