Hey, sorry I took so long, my laptop got a bug so I'm just on the internet now!

As Sydney and Craig were getting their photos taken after their wedding a car drove up on the pavement with Sam (Billy's girlfriend) and her escaped convict father and ran through a bus stop and into Sydney. She bled to death in her wedding dress. Unfortunately I'm not quite aware of Michael losing his practice, only that he became chief-of-staff in the final episode and received $1 million from Peter and Amanda for faking their dental records after their ostensible deaths.
