Question Whatever happened to Chelsea (Matt's niece at the time of his death).

At the beginning of season 6, Matt & Chelsea move to San Francisco.
In season 7 (episode 200), we learn that Matt dies in a car accident while on his way to dinner at Kyle's club. His mother gives Amanda a diary in which he recorded secrets about his friends and neighbors.
We can only assume that Chelsea went to live with her grandmother (Matt's mother) as it was never really clarified on the show.
