Who was Brooke's red-headed cousin that Billy started somethinfg with?  She was only on a couple of episodes.  She was very attractive and I haven't forgotten her.

Answer
The only red-head that Billy ever dated was an old friend of Alison's called Susan who was a chef and moved in with Billy and did her best to drive Alison out of his life. In addition to this, she wasn't in fact Brooke's cousin and appeared in (as you said) a few episodes during Series 2. However, this was before the period of Brooke's reign of terror! Hope this helps!
