John, thanks for your question.  This isn't an easy task to accomplish.  There are a huge population of women who say they have never even had an orgasm!  I know from my experience that my woman isn't easy to please herself.  First off, women have to be sexual excited for atleast 20 minutes... you should start off with some good foreplay, then work your way up to the sex.  When it comes to making a woman orgasm with your penis, they best way to let it happen is let them be on top!  Only a woman knows best, so let her get on it and ride it till she orgasms.  It is alot harder when you are on top trust me, I know I always end up happy before she does when I am on top.  Maybe your woman is just part of the statistics, ask her if shes ever had an orgasm before, ask her what she likes, does she like it harder, softer?
