Mercedes/Mercedes C280 1994 Climate control

Question
I have a climate contol that seems to function ok except it does not blow air. If the temp is set lower it will allow some colder air out-little flow and no evidence that a fan is working.Could the speed resistor be the most likely problem. Can I locate it and test it?

The 1994 Mercedes C280 climate control uses a Blower Regulator not a speed resistor.
Roughly half of the time, when you replace the Blower Regulator, the Blower Motor is bad.
If the ACC Cabin Filters are plugged, you will get little air.
If the Sampler Blower Motor is bad, it can send a false signal to the climate control unit = no blower.
