Removed the Cap found the center botton damaged removed and replaced the cap and rotor botton. Tryed to start still no spark. Dis is turning and I can see the valves moving and the cam is turning. Is there a spark controler. I did find oil under the dis cap. Do I have to remove the rotor botton mount to remove the inter cover.I am stuck at this point.
