Question I currently live in Calfornia and am considering buying a 2002 CLK55 AMG. It has 62,000 miles. I would like to know if you can tell me what to expect in maintenance costs from this point on? Is there specific maintenance work that this car should have already gone through? Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Answer Answer:
$3000.00 per year average.
AMG parts are discontinued ASAP = impossible to get replacement parts.
Take the mileage + VIN# to your local MB dealer, and ask the service adviser to check maintenance/campaign history.
They can give you a detailed price sheet for normal service.
