Question Do you know where I get LLC forms to put my online business into an LCC Corp ? Are the forms lengthy and I need an attorney to fill them out or can I download them and fill them out myself...I know I have to pay the CITY or somebody a fee to file this as well...If you don't know about this..who would?? Thanks..ANGIE
Answer You have 3 choices for the formation of an LLC. CPA's, Lawyers and the Internet/ Office supply store's preprinted forms. There are a series of determining questions to make sure your business qualifies, but they are fairly simple. There usually is a filing fee and it's a hassle but most people can do it themselves. My recommendation would be to find a CPA who does business entity formation or a lawyer with a tax or accounting background.
