Question Dear Sir!
I have one more query i.e.:
Describe in brief the project planning process of PEs(Public Enterprises).Explain the relevance of project planning in present context.
Best Regards!
Kalka Prasad
Answer This is most certainly a text book question and I am sorry for the "correct" answer you will have to dig it out of your book.
If, as answered in the previous question, PE does refer to a project for public good this will relate to how project engineers mitigate and communicate risk, finance and involve the public in design/build issues.
Good luck.
