Question
i was wondering would you please explain to me: why do we get heat rashes on hot days?

(P.S would you please try to give your answer is a easy way that I can understand)
Thanks

Answer
Hi Cameron

The hotter the day the hotter the body becomes because the cooling system within the body is not as efficient as on cooler days; the body creates sweat and some times produces a heat rash.

A heat rash looks like this:

and is caused by some sweat ducts becoming blocked.
