Hi I have a question I was driving home and I seen something that looked like a tornado but there was no wind present. It was very humid and I don't know if that caused this. What do you think it was?

Well, to me, it looks like a fractus cloud on the left and a virga cloud on the right with both attached, and below, a cumulonimbus cloud:
