Meteorology (Weather)/Hurricanes

What should you do if you're outside during a hurricane?

Hi Anthea

If on land but near the ocean, head inland; if on the water in a boat, head for shore or away from the storm. If you can go indoors and the structure is strong, choose that and stay away from the windows. If you're near streams or rivers that can flood, get away from them. Falling power lines should be avoided!
