Question
how would you differentiate climate change to other calamities?

Answer
Climate Change is a process that can last anything from fifty years to millennia and describes the changes that a climate (the average recordings of weather patterns over the past century) undergoes compared to the past.

Climate disasters (such as hurricanes, heatwaves and the like) are current events and although influenced by climate change are not caused by climate change.
