Hola
Mi esposo y yo somos mexicanos, casados en Mexico por el civil pero ahora vivimos en Canada como residentes permanentes, mi pregunta es si es posible y rapido divorciarnos aqui(Canada), tenemos dos hijos y pues esto seria de mutuo acuerdo. Gracias

Sí, es posible. Sólo deben registrar en Canada su matrimonio ante la oficina correspondiente (el equivalente al registro civil mexicano) para efectos de que hacen constar que se someten a las leyes canadienses. Una vez hecho eso, pueden inciar su trámite sin problemas. Para obtener algún apoyo con respecto al trámite y obtención de documentos: www.sre.gob.mx/canada
