Question
If an S.O. Who has completed all req. Except registering for life went to Mexico (1)would he be pursued ,extradited back to U.S. ?(2)could he ever return? (3) do employers do background checks in Mexico? Thank you so much for your help!

Answers:

1.- Yes. Under US-Mex Extradition Agreement.

2.- Yes, is possible.

3.- Yes. Sometimes no, but any employer may checks a background when he/she wants.
