Question Naci en USA y estoy registrado en Mexico porque mis padres son mexicanos. Mi pregunta es: me junte con una muchacha que es immigrante y tiene un hijo en Mexico que nacio en Mexico y queremos traerlo para USA. Que necesitamos hacer para traerlo?

Es necesario solicitarle una extensión de la visa de ella, es decir, si ella tiene (por ejemplo) una visa K1, puede solicitah la K2 que es una extensión, lo mismo que una H o una F. Si ya es residente, una extensión de su Green Card y se solicita directamente ante las oficinas del USCIS. No demora mucho si la visa es todavía vigente.
Si la madre no tiene estancia legal, hay que tramitar su legal estancia de ella primero entonces.
