Question Hola, voy al grano : me case en nuevo leon y despues me fui a vivir a texas, donde valide mi matrimonio alla ahora me he divorciado en texas y quiero que tambien aparezca en el registro civil de nuevo leon que ya estoy divorciado, quiero mi acta de divorcio mexicana, Que tengo que hacer? , llevo mi acta de divorcio amerciacana al registro civil en N.L. debidamente apostillada para que me entregen el acta de divorcio mexicana o tengo que realizar un juicio de homologacion de sentencias antes? y si es asi que documentos necesito ?

Puede usted acudir al Consulado en Texas con su acta de divorcio y ahí solicitar que le apostillen y envíen el acta a Nuevo León, México. Se requiere que le hagan la traducción al castellano y le apostillen los documentos. Con eso es suficiente. Una vez que se haga el envío, se haga el registro en México y pasen los términos legales, ya podrá usted solicitar la copia certificada de su acta de divorcio mexicana. Contacto: www.sre.gob.mx/eua
