Mexican Law - question on remarriage in mexico

Question
i live in US.i have a fiance who lives in mexico and just got divorced in september,but it says he can not remarry for one year.is that for every state in mexico or can we get married there now in another state??in mexico.

Depends of 2 restrictions:

1.- Applicable Law in each State. But is possible, sometimes, get marriage in another State.

2.- Sentence. If sentence contains 'the 1 year restriction', is not possible get marriage again in 1 year. Sentence is valid in all Mexican States and outside Mexico. If not, no problem, is possible get marriage in another State.

If you have not a restriction in divorce sentence, no problem.
