Question
1.Our condo became a asociation civil a couple years ago. Our board is now saying the President of the administrative counsel is also the Administrator and the administrator is now only a manager, is this legal even if voted on? It would seem the administrator and the administrative counsel have different responsibilities under jalisco law

2. We received a convocation to and extraordinary meeting here is what it says:

Can the convocation be so vague and have a vote on this? How are those voting by proxies know what they are voting on.

3. Can an attorney be present at a general and an extraordinary meeting, when he does not hold anyones proxy and supposedly representing the condos?

An answer in Spanish or English is equally appreciated!

Before anything else, thanks for writing me at AllExperts.com

Respuestas:

Any doubt or another question, let me know it please.
