Mexican Law/false mexican birth certificate

Question
QUESTION: Hello!

I was born in the U.S. but recently found out that when I was a baby, my parents also "registered" me in MX as if having been born there. Before I was 18, I legally inmigrated and aquired my mexican citizenship that way. I've always worked legally with that birth certificate, gotten my "credencial" and passport with the authentic citizenship. Searching for "curp" I found out what's been done.

From what I gather by your previous posts, I'll have to anull the false birth certificate. My questions are:

1. What will it cost me? Is there a fine?
2. Are there any legal consequences?
3. Why in the world when they legalized me did it not pop up in the system?

Thank you for your time!

QUESTION: Yes, I speak Spanish.... Do you know anything about this situation? Can you give me advice?
