Mexican Law/Inheritance

My Question my father has land in mexico.Me and brother are the ones to inherited the property some one secreatlly toll me to look out.Now my father got in a accident. In VEGITATIION STATE LONG TERM CAN NOT SPEAK.this is my problem. My own family are not telling me anything when i ask whats going to happend to the land. how could i check if im in the will. no one in my family are willing to help me by no means. no money to travel. I know my father has the owners papers because i was reading them. and again this is my problem my family is blocking me. do they want to take away what is mine. THANK YOU

PS my grandfather is still alive he gave some property to my father beacause he paid all the bills to build can he or my fathers brothers take the house when they did not spend a penny on my fathers land.

Wills are private so no way for you to get info.  If property is in a state where there are direct beneficiaries on the property deed you can check the deed to see if he left his children as direct beneficiaries, thereby avoiding the need for probate.
