Soy de nacionalidad peruana, actualmente viviendo en los Estados Unidos sin documentos legales. Mi novio es y está en Guadalajara y tenemos planes para vivir juntos allá el próximo año. Existe algún tipo de visa de novios? Cuál es la mejor opción para obtener la visa mexicana? Muchas Gracias.

Se le llama 'permiso de internación' y es un trámite que su novio debe realizar ante las oficinas del Instituto Nacional de Migración en Guadalajara para que usted pueda venir a México sin problemas. Es él quien debe hacer los trámites para que usted ya no tenga problemas para entrar a México. Acudiendo a esa oficina y cumpliendo con los requisitos de apoyo y patrocinio para usted, además de responsabilidad de la estancia de usted en México, no habrá problema.
