Is there a first class bus running between PV and mazatlan?

Check out this website: http://www.vallarta-info.com/puerto-vallarta-transport.html just scroll down to "Intercity Bus" information and it will give links to schedules and more.  And yes there are some very nice busses that run between the two cities.  Do be aware that the bus ride is about 10 hours.
