Mexico - transport goods

Expert: Denny Beroiz - 10/7/2008

Question
How do I transport all my belongings to my home in Cabo.  Can I take them in a trailer? What special paperwork do I need?  I have an FM3

Answer
That is a long way.  I would use professional movers in Mexico.  They can deal with the declaration paperwork for your household goods.  There are reliable transporters who are likely to be near Otay Mesa crossing. Try searching the internet and ask people to look in the local papers around Cabo for you for ads in the area.  I woulod not attempt it to do it myself for more reasons than I want to publish.  Get names of referrals from any of these companies and check them out.
