Question
My employer is providing me with a trip of my choice to Mexico. I have to go between July and October. What month and where would you suggest I go?

Answer
What a great employer!

Where to go, is going to depend on what you are looking for in a destination.  The most popular areas are: Cancun and the Riviera Maya (south of Cancun), Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas.  Cancun offers the party atmosphere, Riviera Maya offers the beautiful blue sea and tropical foliage.  Puerto Vallarta is classic old feel Mexico with nice waves for boogie boarding and playing in, but not the typical beautiful blue of the Gulf of Mexico.  Cabo is a desert climate with lots of golf and fishing opportunities as well as nearby clubs to party the night away.

Did your employer give you an idea of what kind of resorts you can choose from?  Are you going on a time-share such as RCI?

This would help me suggest actual resorts for your consideration.
