Question
We have been dealing with Lenor Coomber on a rental. I am a little uneasy about putting money in her acct. Is this an OK outfit? Trying to find a 2 bdrm unit with cooking facilities on Guayabitos beach. Max $70 US/night for 1 month. Any ideas? Thanks

I understand your unease. You are wise to make inquires.
In this instance, you are asking me about two of our good friends. Lenor and Terry have lived here full time and been in business for (guessing) about 8 years. I have never heard of any business deals where the customer was unhappy.
Better you should ask someone who is not their friend, but in this small-town environment, that would be difficult.
Sorry, no, I have no suggestions for rentals on Guayabitos Beach. I haven't been keeping up with that end of things. I usually people to Lenor.
