Question
I am a registered sex offender and have been for 9 years. I have met all my registration requirements in the U.S. I would like to take my wife to Cancun for a 7-day vacation. Are there any restrictions on the two of us traveling to Mexico?

Sex offenses in Mexico are serious crimes, no joke. There is no system here of "registration". If I was you, I'd call or write the American Embassy in Mexico and address this question to your consular rep before getting yourself in a problem that you may easily P R E V E N T.
