I am the webmaster for www.Costalegre.ca. Costa Alegre is the area between Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo, so I have no information on any other part of Mexico.
If you are planing to stay more than a few weeks, I suggest you try one of the rental places on Costa Alegre Vacation Rentals: http://www.alegrerentals.com/
Contact a few of the owners to see if they would pick you up at either PV or Manzanillo airports.
