AboutLinda Leonard Expertise My husband and I have travelled to mainland
Mexico for approx. 10 years, never staying in resorts, but rather seeking
out economic, clean, safe, non-touristy little accomodations. Now that we
have retired, we are spending the winters RVing in Mexico along the
coastlines. We love the people, the climate and the culture and are
working hard at our Spanish.
Question how much would it cost me to eat on i am riding with a friend and we are staying with there family so we don't need a hotel or a plane or anything like that just like extra stuff to buy and money to eat on the way there and the way back ??????// we are leaving June 11 and coming back July 14
Answer Hi Amber, I am sorry, but I had a lot of trouble trying to figure out what you are trying to say. Punctuation would sure help. You didn't say where you were driving FROM or where you will drive TO, or what your route will be, but I think you want to know how expensive it is to buy food and "extra stuff"???? I guess it largely would depend on what kind of food you eat and how MUCH you eat and I don't have any idea of what kind of "stuff" you like to buy. Generally, I will say that it costs quite a bit less to eat in the country of Mexico than it does to eat the same sort of things in Canada. Since I don't live in the US, I don't know what the prices are like there. Of course, the less touristy the place in Mexico, the less expensive everything is. Like tourist areas in any country, everything is always expensive there. Hope this helps a bit. Enjoy your trip.
