Question
Hi JR,
1. I have an FM3 and will be taking my car to PV and leaving it there. Do you know what the U.S. will say about my not renewing my registration? And what happens when it dies in Mexico?
3. I have to renew my FM3 in Nov. Are there any new regs that you are aware of?
Thank you,
greg

Answer
Hi Greg,
The tags on my Californian car say 1998 :) No one has said anything to me from the US. If it dies, there's a system, or was - things change, where you could donate the car to Mexico, this I did once when my van was totaled, but the insurance company handled it.
Nothing new, except it appears to be even easier now to renew you FM3, office is reorganized.
