Hello Tom,
My wife and I are planning to spend a few months in La Penita this winter, and as we are avid readers, we are wondering if there is a library with English books in the area or a book exchange.

Yes, there is a pretty good rack of books; a take one, leave one system, at Hinde y Jamies Bar and Restaurant in La Pe.
There is virtually no source of English Language magazines or books to buy here.

My partner Bruce and I have been visiting Mexico for over 20 years. We now own a home in La Peñita, Nayarit where we live full time. I run a bulletin board that is frequented by homeowners and home renters and people who like to visit this area.
