Answer Hi Darryl, using a facilitator you can join IMSS but your diabetes may be excluded.
There are private insurance companies, but reasonable they are not. We only have IMSS. Although we have never used our IMSS we have many friends who tell us the medical attention is first rate, but the bureaucracy is crazy.
