About thepinkllama
Expertise
I can answer any questions you may have about breeding mice, dealing with an unexpected pregnancy in mice, how soon you can interact with the new babies, and any other concerns you may have surrounding the pregnancy, birth, nutrition, and offspring. I also have a vast knowledge of many helpful websites that you can look to for help. I won't be able to help with genetics or behavioral problems. I can help somewhat with disease, but you would obviously be better off with a vet. I can also help you with tips on how to tame a nervous mouse.

Experience
I rescue pregnant doe's all the time and I have even bred my share of mice. I've been rescuing pregnant does for about two to three years now and I've seen over 100 births and pregnancies. I also work at the pet store in the small animals section and I've tamed countless mice, all they need is a bit of love and patience and you'll have a lifelong friend.

Education/Credentials
I'm working towards a career as a nurse.

Question
whats the earliest age a female mouse can get pregnant? i bought two tiny black and white female mice and they were in cage with a bunch of males. and these mice were all tiny. can a mouse get pregnant when they are babies? cause im worried they could be pregnant. they are too young to tell though. the guy at the pet store could barely tell if one of the females was a female or not until he looked really closely because they are so small.

Answer
Female mice can get pregnant at about anywhere between four to twelve weeks so they could be pregnant but it's harder for younger mice to get pregnant so you might not even have a problem. If you don't see weight change they're not pregnant. If in three weeks time there are no babies then they're not pregnant. Hope all goes well.
