Hi, yesterday my son found a baby mouse on our church van floor.  It has no hair, closed eyes and ears.  I estimate from the internet it is about a day or two old.  I researched a little last night and started feeding him kitten formula and water mixed.  He opens his mouth to eat.  He sleeps and seems active.  I do try to stimulate him/her to potty, but it doesn't work well.  I use a warm wet q-tip to rub his/her belly and genitals.  I think he did a little bit, but nothing compared to what the little baby is eating. He/she sleeps in a small plastic container with a heating pad on low underneath.  Please help me with stimulating him/her to potty.

Again I am sorry.

Many apologies for my late responses. I have been tending to elderly parents and have little access to internet.

Squeaks,

I can answer questions about raising mice and caring for them as pets, with knowledge from my 38 years of having fancy mice as pets. I have NO MEDICAL TRAINING and you should take a sick mouse to the vet; but if you simply can't, I will try to help you. I LOVE PHOTOS!!! I ALSO LOVE UPDATES! Let me know how the little tyke is doing later on, for better or worse, especially orphans. It also helps me to help the next person. Experience

I have had mice for 40 years (since I was 5!). I raised them when I was a child but now I keep all females, and never fewer than three so that if one dies the others are not devastated, because they have each other.
