Although I have a working knowledge of 2000, 2002 and 2003, I choose to work with 2000 almost exclusively.
Question Is there any way to submit a form to E-mail and format the e-mail results to look like the form on you web site. I need to have the results not constrainted to only a column. Need to have two or three items to a line?

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you. Just got off a 13 hour shift.
You really have very little control when using the FrontPage form handler. You might be better off using ASP or some other script.
What you might do, is experiment with the different options for the email results. You might get something more to your liking than what formatted text provides.
Another option might be to have the results go to a custom confirmation .htm page, using Confirmation Fields and direct this to the _private folder. I am honestly not sure if the two can be combined. This might interfere with the extensions. If not, results would go there, but the form user would be directed to a thank you page if you use one. When using this type of method, always store the results htm page in the _private folder to protect the users private info.
