Hi lorry
1-thanks for your help and sorry for not being clear in my last question
2-hope this explains what i want
if you check this site for example
http://www.webreference.com/dhtml/diner/beforeunload/
and click X to close the browser
a popup screen appears which says that u r about to exit
sure yes or cancel ?
if you click cancel the browser will not close ,u will stay in the same page
this is what i want
i am using HTML with JavaScripts
